Funnily enough, I was racking my brain last night trying to figure out why I felt weebly wobbly in the middle of Zumba last night. (Yeah, I know my state of fitness is in disarray when Zumba kicks my a$$.) It is rare that I can track down one factor for cause and effect. I tend to change stuff up without ever realizing it. When I saw the scale this morning, I figured that is the culprit. That is a pretty big drop for me in such a short time. I think my system was telling me "Whoa there Nelly." Today will be a family get together celebrate kind of day. I plan on indulging myself. We shall see whether I keep it reasonable or I release the Kraken.
