What a pleasant surprise! I lost a 1/2 pound. Today I love the scale. tomorrow I might not so i WILL STAY OFF IT FOR A WHILE(darn that caps lock). I will be busy today doing puppy things. Puppy keeps me on my toes, she makes me take a walk at least 4 times a day. When the weather is hot that is brutal. I suppose I wont like it any better when it is 15 degrees outside.
