I know that there are bound to be discrepencies when weighing in as often as I do. I'm just frustrated that yesterday I weighed 248 and I even exercised for 43 minutes straight yesterday and I wake up this morning and have gained a pound. Grrrr!
I work a 12 hour shift today which is going to involved me sitting in a hospital room allll day, reading a book or doing crossword puzzles. I wont be able to exercise for those 12 hours, but i'm going to pack celery to snack on while I'm there. Maybe some boiled chicken for lunch. I've just been eating cereal but don't know how I would fit that into work.
