I must admit I’m a couch potato and people like you motivate me. I like your get up and go. I need to do the same! I had a reality check when I saw myself in the mirror. Not standing tall in front of it I was sitting bent over like an old lady talking on my mobile. Not a nice look. I’ll get my weights out, use them and do some stretching. I need to get those muscles looking good for when the fat comes off. Thanks for your support 🙆♀️
