Scale says I’m up in weight but the mirror says different. At one point in my training and nutrition I’ve learned to not drive myself crazy by what the scale says and to weigh myself in the mirror. For the longest I was like omg what the hell I’m not losing weight, omg I’ve gained weight. It was horrible how I was building a prison for myself inside my head all because of some numbers. It got to a point where I just wanted to quit. Once I educated myself more I stop caring on what the scale says and just start looking for changes in the mirror. Your weight is going to change regardless from day to day depending on what you eat and how much water you’re retaining. In addition your true weight will be first thing in the morning when your stomach is completely emptied, not mid day or afternoon after you’ve been eating. So to all of you guys keep up the great work just don’t let the scale consume you. Have a lovely day peeps.
