Hi ho, Hi ho
it's off to work we go ,
a weight gain today,
is all I show -

It couldn't be the candy I froze and ate,
and also I ate it late ,

My business schedule and problems are a pain in the tucas ,
that's my excuse, I don't have far to lucas - is that a word -

Once my business garbage is gone away,
I can focus on getting the stress gone someday,
which will lead me to focus on exercising and eating
better foods and not so much cheating ,

When I can explain my gains,
I know what I did yesterday was wrong and doesn't bring me no pains,

Today is another day and onward ho,
Tomorrow the results a better they will show,

I have no fear,
not shedding any tear,
rearing back and going for the gusto,
to get myself to where I must go ,

A poem is all I can contribute lately,
but if it helps lighten it up for you, I'm feeling it helps greatly -

I'm not bummed, mad or upset,
just letting you know where I stand in the outset -

May your pains be minor and your day be great,
Have fun, chill, and don't get irate,

I'm with you in spirit and know YOU CAN DO IT,
Bad things in your mouth, don't a chew it -

I'm reading the posts and proud of everyone and hope you have a ball -

The hardest days as in my recent past ,
lead me to know in the future I'll have a blast,

because today is today,
and my body to me, it will obey -,

My goal is to go back to 195 first,
and that wouldn't be the worst,

185 would be a brilliant feat,
I don't if I can do that because I'd really have to get off my seat -
