244lbs - last time I was around that number was the spring of 2015. 7 years ago I was 186lbs, and my worst was 269lbs in January of 2017. Started my latest program this week - intermittent fasting. Not sure if it will work, but limiting eating to 8 hours does reduce time I have to think about what Im going to eat and make better choices - 1 major improvement no sugar or sweetener in my coffee.
