My sister in law just turned me onto this app. I didn’t know how much fat I was eating! Ugh! I’m on a 16-18 hour fasting eating plan for the past three weeks and have lost three pounds. Now I will be really watching my fat intake to see if that helps.

fat is not the enemy healthy fats are necessary. Have you checked your sugar level, or fiber against your total carbs?? Those are a couple key things to check on too! Congrats on your loss. You are on your way!
