2years ago in 2016 set a goal to lose 10 lbs a year and keep it off 5’ 3” starting point was 250 lbs I needed to start small. Still it had its up and down got the the first 10 off then struggling to get the next 10. I got sick with pneumonia 1 January and 2018 and got down to 225 so now I’m a head till I got well and the it was up & down again. I found a another app on two week trial started using it starting at 234 lbs and I was so hungry although the weight came off. I knew I would look for a new app and was so happy 😀 to find this app. Then for the first time in years we went out to dinner. Planning to log it all and I did. Took a few days to get all the left overs eating so starting to lose the extra from my splurge. I’m OK with that. Then had two days got a little hectic got tired 😓 so strayed a little again. Still the weight is getting back to my lowest in a while at 225lbs then 90 to go. Really glad I found this App. So far learning to use this app it has been easygoing 💕💕
