put it back on again arghh. docs had me on bed rest so run down and chose take aways. been craving chocolate which i never do. im back an forth hospital to see sister who very ill and juggling kids. back to school next week but today i start my journey again. bought new diet plan. excited i had tried a previous plan from same person and lost 2 and half stone. this plan is for mums its calorie counting with and eating window. a treat day allowed and includes exercises. just hope can stick to one this time woth everything going on.
