17% body fat reading. Close to where I left off last Friday. Ldw was loads of fun. I tried to be as active as possible. Paddleboarding kayaking and doing Hiit workouts by the lake in the mornings. I didn’t track a lot of my food and hoped for the best. I feel like I didn’t lose progress and I’m very happy with where I’m at with my journey. Next goal is going to be 16.8% bf
