Another good week with steady progress. My wife keeps beating me on our weekly weigh in's though... maybe she's slipping a little extra on to my plate of an evening?! Have gone down another notch on my belt, and clothes fitting a little better.
I have a bunch of new polo shorts which are too tight in the wardrobe, and hope to fit into them before we go on holiday in October.
