No change in weight. Not much change in what I have eaten during the week, except maybe for some chocolate and avocado truffles (with some sweetener) as a treat. I still have some left.
I even drank a small glass of relatively dry rosé wine with rotisserie chicken yesterday because it was Friday and I did not feel like cooking. I had a chicken breast with veggies -- next time I will get a thigh because the breast felt drier than usual.
It's supposed to snow this weekend but it looks like we're going to get a mix of snow and rain. Right now it is sunny. I love it!
