Stay Strong. You are not the only one. After loosing 60 pounds, I put 40 back on. I have now lost 30 of those again and am almost back to where I was. You say you can do it again and I agree.

It is embarrassing. I've lost and gained over and over again which is why I wasn't certain that this time would be any different and why I didn't say anything to anyone until I had to start buying smaller clothes. You've lost it before so you know you can again. Consider it a test run. :D
