It was a tough week with my family away. I can't get out of the habit of weighing every morning. I gained a couple of pounds after last weekend, and have been working to take them back off this week. I didn't expect to break even.
Very relieved to see a drop on the scales. I resisted the temptation of getting a take away whilst I've been left on my own in the house. Tonight will be another tough test.
I feel lighter though. My cycle up the hill to the station in the morning feels easier. Not ready for any new clothes yet, but I'll get there.
