You do not have to worry about it's just half a kilo😀 Try the intermittent fasting with low carb high fat diet. I hope you try it for a week you will notice the difference👍 If you have a question I will help you. After my experience I discovered that intermittent fasting with reduced carp and increased healthy fats, helps control hunger👍😊
