Oh boy,hubbies company gave everyone a smoked turkey, yikes the sodium. As good as it tasted thats how salty it tasted. Anyway. going back on diet, Merry Christmas everyone! Having a water pill for breakfast, lol. Since we do not eat salt, or even buy it in 5-6 years, it really threw our systems out of whack.
