Had a great learning lesson last night from Laura Washington the owner of Community L.E.A.N. I am in the process of learning a healthy new lifestyle!!!!
Can you believe it she even gave me HOMEWORK!!! So today it has been the day of BAD stuff before the saga begins... Im so ready to get things moving and getting a new waistline and feeling GREAT!!!
