14 day plank-core challenge ends today. I'm going to continue make an effort to add a few minutes in with my stretching after a workout. I'm starting a 12 week keto challenge today to help me get back on track. I have a colonoscopy next Tuesday and need to start a low fiber diet on Friday. Reviewing list of what I can eat... it's not keto friendly. I have a pre-consult Thursday and can ask some questions, BUT I'm leaning towards waiting until next Wednesday to really start this challenge.
