It has been tough so far. I started back to hard core Keto on January 1, 2019 at 147# Friday I weighed in at 135#, Today 137#. I started working out at a gym doing cardio and strength training, as best as I can with my shoulder still recovering from. surgery. My goal weigh is 125# I would like to reach that by March 21.
