My 10 day fast is over! FBS 75, weight 204. As I take back food, blood sugar and weight will rise slightly. I’ve accomplished what I set out to do! Now I will be watching to see if blood sugar levels remain steady throughout day! I will be gently breaking my fast for the next 3 days. This is my first solid food in 10 days. 4 ozs off seasoned ground beef in bone broth with a cup of green tea with orange peel & ginger. Yumm! Now I will try to take a picture too, but haven’t been able to figure out how, so here it goes!
