No weight loss this week but it's ok. I've celebrated birthdays for my dad, my wife and my son and have consequently indulged in cake, meals out and party biscuits! There's no way I'm sitting on the sidelines while my wife and my son (who share the same birthday!) are enjoying themselves.
Back to it this week with no change in calorie target and a goal of seeing 76kg on the scales by next Saturday... wish me luck :)
