Well, a slow week but one that I didn't expect to lose anything. There was a birthday in the family and that means you have to enjoy the festivities and not worry about your lbs. Singing, cake and ice cream are what make birthday parties special events. So fall off the horse for one day and get back on the next. I did say special events. Any loss is a good loss to me and it's coming off.
