Got round two of shingles vaccine yesterday. Weight gain surprised me. I’m assuming it’s all water.

I visited the CDC website for information about the new Shingrix vaccine. Water retention is not one of them nor is any other weight related issue.
Probably a coincidence with your weight gain.
