I’m 5’4. Not lifting....high intensity cardio, stair climber, BeachBody on demand...and Bikini Body. I wish I could say it’s muscle. 🙄

not to sound rude but at only 115 lbs. I dont think you should be all that hard on yourself.. I guess if you really want to get down just keep going it takes a while for the body to adapt and stop retaining water. 👌🏻💪🏻

Do some light weights. When I was much lighter and healthier I was in the same boat - I started lifting and the weight started shedding (not fast, but 1-3 lbs.) finally got over that peak.

probably what you need is less cardio and more weight lifting.

how about your water, are drinking enough. Sometimes that can help out with frustrating fluctuations

I have the same problem & what’s working for me is reducing your calorie intake by 30% for a few weeks. Then return to your normal

I am in the same boat. Can’t budge the weigh. At a standstill. Making me depressed.

It happens. I had a three week stretch where it would go up about a pound each week. Same situation. I did everything right but was still gaining. Then all of a sudden...bam!....down 5lbs. My wife had the same thing happen in the last couple of weeks. It kept going up and then dropped 5lbs all in one week.

I would try fasting. It made a huge difference for me. I fast twice a week. Just have a light dinner on those days. And that way I don’t constrain my diet that much on other days. God bless!

Keep the meal plans the same for no sugars, and low carbs......however lower protein intake slightly and increase weightlifting exercises (I'm not talking huge amounts, something reasonable).... continue cardio exercise but lower this temporarily to break the stall...... I know it sounds counter intuitive, but it may be a slight adjustment that gets you back on track.... Remember also, if you have lower body fat percentage to start with (if you know it???????), it may be a bit more difficult to continue losses..... Check these first, then give it a try... Good luck, Wishing you the best of results!

Don't worry, you know the way. This likely isn't the first conundrum you've faced with weight loss/gains. Hang tough.

People stall at all body weights. Being 112 pounds means the stall will be more likely and last even longer. Your burn has to be pretty low at that weight. Maybe instead of trying to get to 100 pounds do some resistance training and eat at maintenance. You can make visual progress at the same weight by losing fat and gaining muscle.

I don’t mean to sound rude but at your height, your goal weight is classified underweight .. maybe that’s why your body ain’t losing any weight because it is in healthy weight already .. if you want to change your body composition focus more on weight lifting rather than cardio, it will burn the fat and increase muscles mass which will make you look really good

I agree with Skyheart. You're at a low enough body fat weight. You should focus more on muscle building!

You always have a lot of trouble getting the last few kgs off. You may have been your 'ideal' weight a long time ago, and it will get there. It just takes a lot more effort and mostly eating very little. I am having the same problem, IF has helped me stay at the weight I have lost and it's very very slowly, creeping down. The second I lift a lot of weight or do extra cardio it goes up but not too much

Check our the book called 'the Plan" - the healthiest foods sometimes are not healthy for individuals, and this book is all about finding out about the food that cause weight gain, inflammation, aging. As the author says, aging is inflammation, so she is suggesting to find out what's the foods that triggers YOU! It can be salmon or asparagus - you need to find out on your own!
