Still love food, and I DO need a little willpower during the 2-hour window, but it's going okay.
I cannot swallow without popping my ears while I pinch my nose, so I just block my sinuses voluntarily and I don't taste anything either. Don't know if other peopl do this...
Still recording calories....just can't let go yet.
