Oh wow! Hello Ketogirl69. Nice co-incidence. :) Would you mind if I tracked against your progress? So that I keep myself honest and have someone to aspire too?
Everyone here is great and encouraging, but it hard to be on a diet on my own in the real world. I need to get my weight down due to what I consider proper for my (lack of) height - and although my husband is very encouraging too, he has NEVER needed a diet (Luckily slim and healthy even though he has a healthy appetite and eats what he likes.)
