Drank 64 oz already with an organic lemon squeezed in it so far. The day has just began! I am shooting for 1.5 or 2 gallon today. I will work on the floor in bed room the toilet in bed room and wall around the door today.On the way to dentist for a teeth cleaning.Do my dancing, raking, grab a weight here and there around the house,squats, sit-ups, pull ups or walk the planks rather, can not do a real pull up yet, do rotisery, and some gobbet squats. Of course my list of check offs to start teaching my mind and body new healthy habits.
