Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Even with all the good eating I am proud to say I still lost weight! I was very careful with my portion sizes and still enjoyed all the food and even a dessert. I've hit and surpassed the 25 lb mark - so the Christmas mini goal has been met - maybe I can get to the 30 lb mark by Christmas!

Thanks Jaime I am proud, but scared also. I've looked for something that would work for me for SO long and now that I've found it, it scares me to death!! Stupid as it sounds, I keep thinking it's going to come to a complete halt and that will be it.

You are doing so awesome! Had a great Thanksgiving here, the weather was in the 60's so even the boys got out and played some flag football. You never know with Kansas weather... lol
