Been a crazy couple of months! I have gone totally Carnivore in hopes to heal my colon of acute Diverticulitis after being hospitalized 3 times! After 2 months of only eating meat and eggs I had my colonoscopy and the result is: absolutely no signs of having Diverticulitis!!! The doctor said I’ll see you in 10 years!! Now having gone Carnivore caused the scale to move up but I don’t care as long as my colon stays healthy!! I will continue on this Carnivore journey!
