So...I've been doing quite awful. :p but I'm going to try and get back on track during Christmas break (or at least not gain anymore!) No one wants to know how much crap I had to eat last night...I don't know what it is, but I get bored, and it's at night, I'm not tired, but I'm not hungry either...and I just eat...the worst food, like more pizza, junk food, soda. It's bad. I really don't know what to do to stop myself from eating! Like, I'm not hungry, not tired, just bored, and it's late, so I can't really do anything. :/ Suggestions?
