again... holidays. today is Christmas Eve. tomorrow, obviously, is Christmas Day. I have little hope for this next week. however, after the family has gone home, and all the extra opportunities to eat are gone, I suspect it will be easier to get back on track. note to self: no matter how delish, stop giving in to cheese burgers.
