Woo. This is extra good because I had a bit of a gain after spending two weeks road tripping to and from California. However, that gain was less than 2 pounds, which is pretty amazing for me on a vacation, and I think it was entirely due to IF. I made good choices where I could, but it wasn't always an option, but I always stuck to my eating window. Heck, the gain may have even been water weight from all the time in the car!
I am very happy today!
