I lost a lb? Is that right? 222.5 to 221.5. I had my family over for a cook out Saturday night. I was mindful of what I ate and didn't do seconds. Wow...it does work (lol). I should have weighed in yesterday but I was so bummed out I forgot. I hope I can get my van running with very little costs and I hope I can get the insurance moving on the car I backed into.
I'm going to get some exercise in somewhere.
