Just returned from a 5 day business trip to NYC and maintained my weight. I am happy with that :) I had the chance to eat at one of my most favorite restaurants ever (Ippudo for ramen) and went out for 2 yummy brunches with pancakes. I still mostly did IF and I tracked my food everyday. I ate a little higher than normal but still showed a deficit each day. I was also pretty active and on my feet for the project (event) I was there for so I think it all balanced out. I am also due for my period tomorrow which usually adds a few lbs. Overall, I am feeling good and I need my eating plan and lifestyle to work with these trips and seeing my weight maintain is great!! I also kept up with my daily yoga each day on my trip! Back on my grind at home this week :)
