Honestly, I'm surprised it is that much given what week it is. I also went a little carb heavy yesterday so I was expecting even more water retention.
I'd say maybe we'll see a good drop next week in light of all of this, but I'll be in Vegas for part of the week and historically I gain on those trips. 🤷♀️🤸♀️
