Wow! I was so afraid to get on the scale today. My doctor's visits had shown that I had put on all the weight I had lost. In the few weeks since then, I have managed to somehow lose what I had gained back and 3.4 pounds besides!! Walked 3 times this week which has been a big plus, and our meal plan included new recipes of cobb salad and zucchini nachos, so I'm sure all of that helped. I'm about to drop out of this 180s plateau I've been stuck on for over a year, and I'm so excited to get going on that next 10 pounds!!
