Yes @ keyten77 . I prep my meals everyday and take them with me . Work /office , to Lake Havasu City , my home away from home as well . Very rarely do I go outside of a select list of stuff . Looking at all your amazing meals though gives me so many more ideas to add to my list . I have been in between 176-183 ish lb range for awhile now .
