Ok I am recording this mornings weight because so far it's been the lowest of the week. I reserve the right to change it between now and Sunday.
I will be so happy if I can hold on to this number for a few days in a row.
It's hot and humid here and we had a thunder storm last night, with RAIN and LIGHTNING. That is very unusual for So. Cal. I hate thunder storms and am afraid I transfered my neurosis to the dog. Another sleepless night-why do storms start in the middle of the night? S;e[pt in late this morning out of spite and now am dragging. Have to catch up.

Dogs have a neurosis all their own when it comes to storms. Mine shake and shiver with loud noises. Sleep deprivation makes me crave salty crunchy food so be careful today. Your graph is awsome!

145 lbs!! YEAH!!! and you thought you would never get there!!! If you see it one day, then its bound to show up again. I know your weight fluctuates like mine, but I have been tracking and you should notice that your "high" flucuations will gradually get lower too.. and then .. TA DA... the low days get lower!! you are losing it baby!! Have a great day and take that dog for a swim!
