Well, here I am losing and gaining back the same 10 pounds. I recognize what I'm doing wrong I just need the will power to change it. My weekends are so difficult, my daughter is in the Navy close by and on the weekends she stays with us. I have been binge eating and drinking beer while she's here usually because I feel like every weekend is a sort of a celebration. That needs to stop!

IKR?! If only we were disposed to binge on salad! It's difficult to break the association between "celebration" and "food" but, yeah, ya gotta. Your daughter will be proud of you!

Melissa... Yes it is so nice to have her around. I'm missing her this weekend while she works. So that means no celebratory food and drink, however my son's birthday in Monday. I will try and stay away from the cake!

Miraculum...I totally agree with you on that. I can let go of the food and drinks temporarily but it's so hard to wrap my head around not celebrating with them at bigger celebrations like birthdays, wedding parties and holidays and such. I just need to keep track. What goes on, must come off.
