No weigh in today, but I am really excited to see if I lost my goal of 1-2 ponds this past week when I weigh in tomorrow morning. I think tracking what I'm eating has really helped me to cut back on what I'm eating. Knowing that if I eat it I'll have to put it in here makes me stop and think if I am hungry, most of the time the answer is no. I'm still finding the time of day I feel most hungry is at night right before I go to bed. I drank 8 glasses of water today to kick start my very first challenge of drinking 8 glasses a day for two weeks...this will be fun :)
