Yeah. But surprisingly sorbitol is way smoother agent than maltitol. Gummy bears were way more... Demanding (?) Than the Lifesavers. 🙄 I still haven't found a single candy with xylitol only in the USA... I guess I need to import that stuff... But until then, Lifesavers rock.

My friend, I was really sick this week. I’m thankful for the loss, but it was going up like 5-6 pounds from the steroids to unexpectedly dropping the steroid weight, that just loss of appetite.  

I believe I was 210 before getting sick. So I went up 5-6 pounds, and dropped steroid weight and another 3 pounds..? Sickness definitely played a part.
