My eating habits at night should be changed , I should eat slightly less and before 7 at least and then I will have green tea which helps cleanse my body and makes me feel good!
Exercise is not a problem, just feeling the winter blues which is laziness and not wanting to do anything. BUT its going to change starting yesterday! :D
