I'll take it. Tuesdays are my weigh days. I didn't expect a loss at all this week. I had birthday treats and went out a couple times which added to my negative feelings about a loss. Though, I didn't go much over my average calorie allotment. I also feared no loss because I was stressed this week due to having a sick cat. On top if that I'm putting in applications to find a new job. A lot going on. Stress. A day of candy binge...which I logged. Sigh. Anywho...
