Now you can break 190 land 180 land and maybe even 170 land! thats what I did! I broke into onederland 3 months ago and I weigh 177 now. it got a little easier once I dropped below 200 lbs. to do more active things like mowing the lawn, forst using the self propel and gradually pushing the mower myself and holding the weed wacker toned my arms and chest too! I don't sweat like I use to in the heat anymore! It took alot of sweating and losing weight for my body to enjoy the heat again. Best of wishes for you to get back to the old you again! It's literally right around the corner! I just had to cut out the bad food. !!!

Remember to stay hydrated if you do mow in the heat. every hour or so.

Jaime, I doubt that drop is so much for me. At 6'1" I don't wanna loose too much anymore... But my eagerness to get below 200 was motivated by wear on my knees while running. I can soon pick that up again and hopefully do a half a marathon before next summer.
