It's an improvement over yesterday, yesterday had a reading of 19% body fat I'm wondering if there's something malfunctioning in the readings how can body fat percentage change from 19.2% to 16.2% in one day? Is this normal? When my weight only changed .6 lbs in one day?

Doesn't sound realistic to me, John. I'm sure there's a margin of error built into whatever you're using to get your readings.

I take my readings with a grain of salt, they do fluctuate kinda crazy sometimes. I just record them when I get up in the morning and then look for the trend over time. Overall if my body fat is going down and muscle is going up, that’s what matters.

I'm not sure what my trend is my body fat percentage is dropping but seems to be in a range 15.8-19% since I started readings a month ago!

Oh man I wish I was in your fat % range! Just give it a little more time to see the trend. I’ve got readings going back to March. My March fat percentage range was 40-36% and this months range is 33-30%. So that’s progress! 💪

Body fat dropped to 16% few weeks ago but when I stop exercising it goes back up into the upper part of my range of 19% plus my weight has been stuck in range of between 162-171, I still don't see a trend i think I'm just going up and down in a range. I think I will have to make serious changes to keep losing Body fat below 16%.
