Bad Bad Bad. I've been bad. These holiday weekends just kill me with all the picnic food. It's hard to not graze all day long! I picked out the healthy stuff first, but then all the desserts came out! Thanks goodness there isn't any more holidays coming up in the near future! I need to stick to that motto... "A moment on the lips is forever on the hips!!" ugh!
