Glad to report that there was no weight gain over night, however, no drop, either. Today I plan to focus on drinking plenty of water.
Been busy with helping a friend who is going through some difficulties. It's amazing how much faith one can muster up when a friend is down. It has been nice to focus on someone else, in helping them and trying to do good for others. I feel a sense of peace, happiness, and comfort. I suppose it's times like these that I realize how good God is and am thankful for every single thing that I have. I never want to take anyone or anything for granted, EVER. We might not have a lot of variety of food in our house, but we do have food. And, it's not crap food, either. ;0)
Anyway, it's Friday and I'm glad of that.
