I've been weighing my self for the past week nth has changed yet and it sucks!!! I am losing this weight so slowly. I feel so sad and i am hoping that it will be just water weight because of my TOM and they say it will go away 2 days after it ends well we will see tmw ! this is so frustrating :( I've been on ATKINS for almost 3 weeks now and I just want to see some sort of improvement:(

It really does suck when it doesn't go the way you want it too, I concur about that BUT if you stick the coarse it'll start to happen. I'm in the very same boat riding along with you but I'm determined that I will be in control, not my body. You will win the battle, just have to get through the war to be there! Hang tough, I'm pulling for you.

How much water are you drinking? I can't see anything wrong with your food intake so now I'm just wondering if your drinking enough.

I have been riding this roller coaster since 12/29/12... I have lost up to 6.5 lbs only to gain 2 back.. lose another lb, gain .5 back. I am so frustrated, but sticking with it!! Hang in there with us for the ride. :)

oh thank you so much :) I really started to feel better, I drink loottss of water up to 12 glasses at least and since I started ATKINS I only lost about 4 lbs, it's great don't get me wrong but I am doing EVERYTHING right and I walk everyday for an hour at least so yes I am trying to keep on doing this even though my weight is not changing and I feel better to know that there's someone here with me :)))
