This last couple of months have been rough. Finally getting my mind conditioned. I have to confess I am on day six of countries and he seems to be helping. Still watching it for side effects etc. but so far not so bad. It really actually works with your thinking process. Anyhow it took me about when I started country riding today is Thursday Wednesday sorry today’s Wednesday andI’m down 3 pounds
